Elevators

Elevator service is available 24 hours a day.

The office levels are each served by four, 2,500 pound four passenger elevators and one 4,000 pound freight car in the following configuration:

• Four passenger cars serving all three tenant floors.
  One freight car that serves all three Tenant floor and the Basement

Elevators chime at each floor indicating a floor change to persons with a visual disability.

If you are detained inside of the elevator cab due to a malfunction, remain calm. Use the alarm button inside the elevator to signal your stalled status to a 24/7, 365 day answering service that specializes in elevators. They will remain on the line with you until help arrives and gets you out of the elevator.

Our elevator maintenance company will be immediately dispatched to correct the problem. Property staff will remain in constant contact to let you know what is being done.
